i've recently update my messenger to window life messenger. i realize that there's some fitures not as good as msn messenger. the only great thing about WLM is you can chat with off line status. anyone up with WLM? any technical problem using it?

Live Messenger works great! I love being able to receive offline messages. No problems for me.

I'd love to be able to talk to someone while appearing offline to others. Where can you download this program from?

hi Cat, you need to have invitation to sign up. PM me if you need the invitation. and yeah, it is cool that can talk while on offline status. but yet, people might not reply your message cause they might thought that you are offline lol.

Umm? You don't need an invite to sign up. You can just downloaded and use the same email you were using for MSN.

Actually, the proper name for the program is "windows Live Messenger, not Window Life Messenger as the subject of the post says.

For anyone using Wiindoweyes, it works but not perfectly yet. for some reason it doesn't read the numbers alongside the online offline headings, and the other thing that irritated me, was if someone has a personal message up, it reads that and not their username. but those were the only problems I found. for now I have gone back to msn 7.5, simply because I get irritated when things don't work quite how I want them.

also you can just go and download the beta now, no signing up, or invitation.
